Dean’s recipe  for Smoked Trout Pate

Guaranteed to be good! 185g Smoked Trout 100g creamed cheese 1 tablespoon canola oil 3 chopped anchovie fillets  Ground black pepper Good squeeze lemon or lime juice Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth
